Townhouses in Saint-Léonard

Good quality land for erecting new constructions in Saint-Léonard is becoming increasingly rare. Developers must now fall back on sectors that are less suitable for housing. A sign of this trend, DC II was born on the outskirts of an industrial district, enclosed between a railroad track and electrical pylons. For the bucolic landscape, we will go back. But to acquire a new house in this borough, you have to be ready to compromise.

All the houses in this project have three floors and a private indoor garage. The owners have a large terrace and a large backyard (about 800 square feet), which they can fence as they please. So far, half of the units have been sold.
